By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, you may not use and access this website. The Cobblestone website is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with www.cobblestonecollection.co.uk
We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time, so please read them carefully and check back often. If you do not agree to changes made then you must immediatley stop using the site.
Ordering from Cobblestone
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
When you place an order with Cobblestone, at the checkout process you will be able to check your order and correct any errors. We will send you an order confirmation detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and maybe purchased by other customers.
Acceptance of your Order
Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will initially send you a dispatch confirmation by email, which is not classed an acceptance but as a confirmation for reciept of your order. Only when we dispatch the order will the purchase contract between you and Cobblestonebe made, even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept your order in the following circumstances
a) where goods are not available
b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
c) if there has been a pricing or product description error
d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions.
The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Cobblestone shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.
If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.
Pricing
All prices on the website are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT.
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.
Payment
Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners or Switch debit cards. You may also place your order by telephone on +44 (0)1642 715715. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.
Delivery and Insurance
Cobblestone insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point the responsiblity of your purchased goods passes to you. Should you request a specified recipient who is not you (as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them ot at that address is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Cobblestone and transfer the responsibility in the same way.
Cobblestone aims to dispatch all orders with 48 hours, and estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
Returns/Exchange Policy
We request that items returned to us are protected and insured during transit to Cobblestone.
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of our dispatch date. Before you return your purchase you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorisation Reference number by emailing us at info@cobblestone-collection.co.uk. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorisation Reference number on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted. Jewellery
Jewellery purchased online through our website will need to be shipped back to us for return or exchange within 3 working days of receiving the item. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings.
Shoes
All shoes should be tried on a carpet surface before wear. Please be aware that shoes must be returned in their original box. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.
Please send all returns to Cobblestone, 28 College Square, Stokesley, TS9 5DN. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.
It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.
Returns Policy for Sale Items
Same as above except that we request that all sale items are returned within 7 days of the date you received your Return Authorisation Number. Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorisation Reference number by emailing us info@cobblestone-collection.co.uk

Intellectual Property Rights
Any reproduction or redistribution of Cobblestone content is phrohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Copying and use of any of the havetolove content to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited.
The Website
Given the unpredictability of technology and the online environment, Cobblestone make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free, or free of viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material. Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
The content of our website is presented, "as is", and we do not guarantee its accuracy, whether explicit or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our website and withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time if we consider it necessary.
Liability and Indemnity
Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.
You agree fully to indemnify us, our employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and all matters connected with any order you place in our website are governed by English law.
